COMMISSION PROCESS
★ Answer the form ➞ Commission confirmation ➞ Initial Payment ➞ Initial Sketch ➞ Final Sketch ➞ Initial Color ➞ Final Color ➞ Render ➞ Final Payment ➞ Sending the final commission
★ Priority goes in order of who reserves first, so in case of deadline commissions, please let me know in advance to have priority in the waiting list;
★ Provide as many references as possible so that I can offer exactly what you are imagining for your commission!!
★ Commissions can have a 2 weeks to 1 month turn around time. I will communicate if there is a need to extend the deadline, the client has the right to decline;
★ The final piece will be sent as PNG file through Google Drive.

REVISIONS AND CHANGES
★ Poses cannot be changed after the draft;
★ The entire creation process will be sent to the client with a large watermark that will only be removed after confirmation of final payment;
★ The client is allowed to simple changes (colors, props, small objects, etc.) free of charge only before rendering;
★ Any significant changes after rendering will be charged with a fee of 10-50% depending on the complexity;★

Terms Of Service
I reserve the right to refuse projects or requests based on content, subject, or other reasons;
I will be drawing in my style only. Please check my gallery ou any social media for references.
I have the rights to post the art created on any of my social medias unless requested otherwise by the client. The client may choose to be tagged or not in my posts;
The client is free to post/use the art on any website or social account as long I am credited;
All artwork will have a lightly watermark;
Deadline commissions must be informed at least one month in advance;
Commercial use commissions must be communicated upon request and requires a fee of 100-150%;
The complexity of the commission may add fees and affect the original price (Ex. extra characters or animals, additional objects, props, etc.);
If the client misuses a personal work for commercial, I have the right to charge a commercial fee with additional charges relating to any profits obtained from the use of the art I created;
I do not allow my art to be used in AI learning, generative AI, or the creation of NFTs;
Do not alter commissioned artwork without my consent.

PAYMENT
Payment modes are Paypal (intl) or Pix (BRL);
50% upfront payment;
I will start the commission as soon as the first half of the payment is made, and the finished piece will only be delivered when the final payment is confirmed;
Refunds will only be accepted before the initial sketch or if I am unable to complete the commission in time;
I do not deal in Crypto or NFTs.
